In conjunction with the Malaysia Ball 2015 and the Frankfurt Book Fair 2015, the Malaysian Consulate Frankfurt and the Malaysian Club Deutschland (MCD) worked closely together to organise the Malaysian Food Promotion on the evenings of October 14 and 15, 2015.
Dato' Chef Ismail Ahmad, our celebrity chef from Malaysia and Chef Thomas Fahr, the Executive Chef from Marriot hotel presented special cuisines from the state of Johor with Johor Laksa as the special feature. The two-day event which was held at the Brasserie, Marriot Frankfurt was attended by 100-120 guests.
The guests were entertained by mesmerizing performances by the Johor Heritage Foundation dance troupe.
